Artemis was awarded the SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) on June 1st, 2006. As a part of the Seaport-e 2013 Rolling Admissions process, Artemis won a follow-on MAC on November 19, 2013.

This contract vehicle was introduced to the Navy in 2001. Contract customers include the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, and Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP).
